Original Description:

T. imperforata, depressiuscula, minutim striata, corneo-fusca; sutura impressa; anfr. 6 planiusculis, ultimo obsolete angulato, basi convexo, ad aperturam gibbo; apertura fere lineari, dentibus coarctata: dente 1 lato, linguiformi in tota pariete aperturali, pluribus irregularibus latis in margine inferiore; perist. subcalloso.
Roughly translated: "T. imperforata, depressed minutely striated, horn-brown; printed sewing; anfr. with 6 whorls, the last obsoletely angled, the base convex, humped at the opening; opening almost linear, narrowed by teeth: one
broad tooth, lingual in the entire apertural wall, with several irregular broad in
the lower margin; perished subcallous"
